A good place to bring a loved one to watch the sunset and take fantastic photos.

Nice place for a sauna cold bath. Amazing view on the water! Prices could be more moderate.

75kr per adult. It's probably the most beautiful Kallbadhus in Sweden with its Moorish style. Two things that I find extremely unfortunate about this sauna are: the lack of a mixed area, and that it's a \dry sauna\. If you're a couple or family forget about coming here together, men and women are segregated and no mixed days/sessions currently exist (as of July 2019). Likewise, I found the sauna to be not so hot. They have a \dry sauna\ policy, which is probably the integer that makes the difference; there's no steam and therefore not so much humidity. Regardless of the negatives, this is a beautiful sauna/bathhouse which deserves to be visited at least once.

Nice and cosy cold bath. The style is moorish, which is far from Scandinavian. Also caters a small cafe. A given destination when visiting Varberg.

Rating this only as sightseeing, as we didn't actually visit the place inside. We just took a lunch / walk break here in lovely Varberg. There was some runners competition that day and a parking space hard to find. We got one near the railroad tracks a few minutes away by foot. This impressive Badehuset was built over 100 years ago, sitting on stilts on the water. It is an impressive sight, offering a chance to take a dip in the water, a visit to the Sauna or just enjoy a coffee in the Café. It's a great photo op in this nice town. Besides that the Fästning (Fortress) is worth a look as well as the beautiful walk along the water heading south from the fortress.

We did not Enter the bath because it has gender seperation only... But the waffles are very good.
