Nice visitor center with exhibitions about the Tyresta nationalpark. All guided tours start here. The guides are very professional.

This is a small place (sort of museum), nothing extraordinary, but nevertheless interesting, friendly, nice staff and pleasing nature. Parking is free. Good buss connection with the city.

This house represent one of the most beatiful places in södertörn. It tells the story of the NationalPark, the animals, the farm and alot of other things you can experience by coming here. In the nintees there was a BIG forest fire that almost risked burning the complete park down, but the firedepartment and ALOT of volenteres stopped (me that is ;) . The house itself has alot of dioramas and cool stuff that kids vill love to see and experience. And they also have a cinema. (!) But the almost coolest thing is that the House itself is built as a copy of Sweden! Yes, check it here on the map and you direct. I have been visiting Tyresta since the sixtiees, and this is by far the best improvment they have done ever.
