Recently bought a camera online from Voosestore, the owner was friendly and helpful over the phone - and even upgraded my shipping for free to make sure I got my delivery on time despite border delays! Very happy with the service.
BAD Business - If I could give a 110% negative feedback regarding their customer relationship, I would be kind. I was on the phone with the owner, Amir Ayaz; and he was rightfully asking me to verify my shipping address that I provided when I placed my order. I give him that 100%!!! But he was a complete pain to reason with and he is not trustworthy to place orders with. He asked me to send a scan of my photo ID, then I asked what information I could black out in order to protect my own identity and he started yelling at me as if I was wrong for asking. Sorry Amir, you live in an ancient world of communication and you are completely wrong! You already have my order, you already have my payment identification for a B2B transaction and you start cursing me? You are terrible and need to start with investing in your internet business transactions, make them more robust - instead of asking for your customers to do all the work for you. That is shady and you know it - and Skatteverket.se will hear of it from me!

After multiple delays and messups they finally manage to deliver the last one of my packages... to the wrong service point almost 10km from where I live. Never again.

Dålig service och otålig personal som inte orkar ta reda på fakta. Sen att dom säljer mycket skräp dom köper från AliExpress till överpriser är en annan femma.
