Purchased a brand-new Volvo V60 in June 2019. The car was delivered with an unfunctional windscreen washer and hanging rubber underneath the car. We also noticed multiple unknown phones connected to Communication System (obviously car has been in the showroom, but the dealership never informed us about this). But this was just the start of countless faults in the car and 8 repair shop visits during the first year. Some of the faults - check engine lamp (at least 4 times), car keys stop working while driving, broken cargo net, multiple requests for software update, emergency breaking system activates randomly, etc. On top of all these faults in the car - Bilia ignored our communication for multiple months. Volvo, your service book folders dont even fit service reports from the first year. Please avoid this dealership and Volvos.

Jag fick betala 8600 kr för en service som tog 1 timme och 20 minuter . Teknikern som tog emot bilen var synnerligen ointresserad och var mest besvärad att jag ens kom. Lämnade verkstaden med en känsla av att vara riktigt grundlurad! Lämna inte in bilen där! Det finns andra verkstäder som är såååå mycket bättre och har trevligare personal. Gå inte på Volvos skrämsel taktik om att inte garantier m.m inte gäller om man inte lämnar in hos dem osv det stämmer inte. Jättenöjd med min bil men service? aldrig mer....
