I always had a great experience at espresso house with delicious coffee and fresh food inside of friendly staff. I really recommended it to all.

The espresso I had there was really bad. It almost tasted sour. I think a place called espesso house should do better than that. Can not at all recommend it, at least not if you want to have good coffee, sorry

Waited in queue for 15 minutes, one employee was serving two customers since before we arrived. She didn't even try to hurry even though the queue was quite long. Employees that don't care about their customers are the easiest way to lose customers. Very slow service, we weren't the only people to leave.
An altogether decent experience, but no more than 'as expected' for a coffee / tea shop - They could do more to differentiate themselves across their range of cafes as they all seem a bit bland and stale now It would also be very beneficial to customers if they could offer more vegtarian options across their range of cafes as that is long overdue They also Need to consider bringing in more vegan options An upgrade is long overdue.
Atmosphere is nice but the taste of the coffee is awful
