Poor service. I would not recommend shopping here. Ordered online, they spent their time to send the items I ordered. They also did not reply on my email. For me it took over two weeks before I got the things. They also split the order and sent it to different locations around the city where I live. I don’t know how that is even possible as I used one address on a single order.

Nice and friendly staff, good web-store with good assortment and nice prices. The downside here is that there are outdated products still in the web-store and items no longer sold that's still listed. The physical store is not great but still better than many others. This is due to having the things i want to feel on and touch to make a estimate of how they will perform. The winner here is they do NOT use klarna, witch is a data-hoarding and tracking-nightmare. So shopping here is a breeze and joy even after you have made your purchase. So all in all, store could be better, web-store could be improved and cleaned up.

The online shop is great but the store was a little didspoiting, empty shelves, not a lot of products on display and prices that didn't match the online prices, maybe discounts had not been marked or discounts only available online.

Good online merchant! Fast delivery and good packaging (comparing to Addnature)!! I have zero problem shopping with them. In fact I probably have spent a lot on their online store! Suggestion: the design of your online store can be better, make the UI better.
