This store has a lot of electronics at good prices, apple, Microsoft, Google, you name it. You can try the products before making a purchase, and the staff is very helpful. Recommended!

Extremely good products and value! Unfortunately very rude customer service! I understand its black friday and everyone is tired but nobody has the right to be rude with someone! Hopefully this review gets noticed by the authority of media markt! :)

A few years back Media Markt had better deals than now. If you shop now it's not as busy as it used to be. The personal is friendly but has not the technical knowhow of the things they sell. Sometimes you can walk in the store a long time and no staff-member will ask you if they can help you. But last year, when i walked for about 15 minuuts in the store, 4 different staff-members asked me if they could help me.
