Helpful friendly staff. But unfortunately low quality service. No „hand made“ waxing available - with temperatures around -15degres they had only „yellow“ wax available.

We went in to repair a ski boot whose first strap had been bested by a tree branch (don't ask...). The personnel fixed the strap within a few minutes and for free; note that we had rented nothing from the shop, nor paid for anything else. Can't beat that!
