Simple but clean and fresh, nice area close to centre. Room has everything you need including internet, coffee, shampoo. For the price probably the best hotel so far I visited. Certainly well over my expectations now I just needed a bed for two days traveling in work related business. A huge bonus the owner supernice friendly man. Some of the rooms are nice little cabins

Its starts with a guy with name " T.R.W" which is the Hotel ex.VD that informed me about his own companys booking error with my booking. Situation was: I booked a family with two adults and two small kids for friday 23.10 2020 october to 24.10 october for 700SEK on the city bungalows own website. Mr. T.R.W, said this is not the normal price and I have to pay more if i want to stay. Then i wrote him that we will arrive later than 20 oclock for check-in, and then he answered back that this is not possible. That is why i said I want to cancel and be refunded. In the meanwhile I booked another hotel. He answered again with the idea to make a deal to go on with 700SEK instead of 1100 for the entire family today. I answered him today (22.10.2020) that we are not interested anymore and want to be refund totally, and he answered back again that we passed suddenly the 48hours rule for being refunded. Mr. T.R.W did not mentioned this " rule" in his first offer of 700SEK that we will pass the 48h rule if we not accept his offer. Now our family paid for nothing and many e-mail dicussions which started with the problem on the hotel side. ENORMOUS BAD HOTEL! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE, there are a lot of better one close by! not worth even one star here. sorry for that. We lost 700SEK without a stay. Now we have less money for the kids. Mr TRW, Please dont comment my post here as lie or/and as a different version, because it isnt. I am really sorry for that. Its my first very bad star rating.

How do you rate three star hotel in five star scale :) ? Well, it deserves its three stars, no hesitation. We stayed in bungalo that was OK for summer. Can park your car. Simple breakfast when you order it. Friendly commendant.
