Extremely extreme slow servers I've been waiting 30 minutes to move this box from up to down as per the picture and no one shows any interest in helping buying this product the customer service was chatting with her colleague and show no interest in helping me to get this product very bad experience with this type customer service I will be heading to another showroom that respects customers. And I think the marketing department won't bother them self replying to reviews they are lazy as their customer service
I got very good help today when i was here. I forgot my company card for buying stuff. So a guy named AZAD fixed and solved it for me. 5 star easy .

Whoever is in charge in this company, You have a serious problem in Örebro !!! I met 7 employees of yours, 1 of them helped me and he had absolutely no idea where to find the stuff. I was discussing this with my colleague and he told me that he faced the same treatment and that everyone is rude in Bauhaus! If I was you I would worry about the future of my company.
