If you're just the slightest bit handy yourself you're much better off getting it somewhere else. It's cheaper and you can take your time getting it done right the first time. All 3 offer after a failed attempt to put it on, is to guide you to order a replacement from the manufacturer.

Had an incident here with an employee after we made a complaint about our newly signed contract that were well over the monthly price that we were told,800kr, ended up close to 2000, per month. The employee, a big guy, didn't want to help us from the start constantly ignoring our questions, and giving us bad looks, then decided to intimidate us, we left the store feeling shocked, more than 3 meters out of the store, he followed and shoved me and my husband. We made a complaint with 3 and we were told that someone was going to contact about the complaint, nothing happened. 3 never contacted us, even when we phoned to check up on the complaint. After many months of struggling with them about our contract and treatment , they ended up agreeing to pay us back for overcharges after an investigation. After we cancelled our contracts they still phone us to ask if we want to sign back up. NO THANK YOU. There were extra fees and charges on our bills constantly for things that we didn't own. Dont even bother trying to find customer service because when you ask to speak to a manager the manager is always \a way\ 3 is the biggest scam mobil operator in Sweden. Never again.

2017-Jan: 3 Butik (like all other 3 Butik in Sweden ) they only do sales, but never anyway kind of customer service. You always have to them by phone !! Here you can buy new phone contract or a mobile cover
Förhanbdskokade en mobil, de på tre strulade med min beställning och nu fick jag vänta en månad extra på att få den, helt oacceptabelt.
