The most unprofessional staff I have come across, they behave in a very negative way to give you information if you want to buy a product. Let along if you need a service from them, they will act as if they are the owners of the Tre brand and will simply put down the official laws of Tre to put down a service. Avoid wasting your time and money on this store.

Jag fick just reda på att jag betalat för dubbla abbonnemang en längre tid p g a att butiken på Triangeln har gjort fel. Jag förväntar mig få tillbaka de pengar, som jag har betalat för mycket. Jag har varit i kontakt med Tre och de ska skicka en felanmälan till butikschefen. När jag var i butiken, så sa killen, som hjälpte mig något om att hans kollega kan inte sitt jobb. Så säger man inte till kunder om sina kolleger!
