With the mission to make it easier for people to eat healthier, we at Add. Ice Cream asked ourselves: What if there was a way to create creamy frozen desserts without the need of added sugars and lots of fats? When we asked the experts, they said that it was impossible. Challenge accepted. We gathered some of the best people in the industry and after years of research, we have developed a technique that makes it possible to produce ice cream that is as creamy and tasty as you want it to be – but with no added sugar and low fat content.
