I ordered a quite expensive jacket at Amare Equipment at the 1st of July. At 23 of July I recieved a browband, which is already scratched/poor quality, so not what I payed or asked for. I contacted them about it at 24th of July. Today at 13th of July, after sending several emails and messages, I still haven't got any response with a solution.
