First they can only allow 28 people to enter the store at the se time. they have a cool entrance with the drum pedals connected to an alcohol bottle for hands. The store has different sections for instruments and products and it's really tidy and sorted so it's easy look and find stuff. The products are from any price range you want; from cheap to expensive The staff are knowledgeable about their products and they're easy to approach to talk with. It just fun looking at all the stuff -the only thing was that they did not have Kawai piano.

Extremely kind personnel, the owner of the store even took the time to play some pieces on two different pianos to show me the differences in sound quality. I highly appreciate this tipe of service, and will definitely go back should I need to purchase musical equipment again.
I was on a trip to Gothenburg and i went in here to look at guitars. The staff is probably the worst i've ever encountered and i've been to Walmart. I left the store as fast as i could and visited another store called MUG where i was a lot better treated!
Bought a synth from the recording/synth section. Extremely knowledgeable staff that knew a lot about pros and cons of each synth. Good at handling restrictions during corona by only letting a few in at a time to the sections they wanted to visit.

I entered this store because I'm a violinist and pianist, but I saw no violins at all and all the three working staff members were occupied. I wanted to ask questions but none of them seemed to even want to help me. I then left and I'm not planning to come back.
