At first, Robert was very helpful and wanted to help us with our car which lost diesel. He replaced valves on the diesel pump and said he thought the car was not losing diesel anymore. This costed 2000 kr, but our car still lost diesel afterwards, it was just like before. When we were back at his place, Robert said that he would fix it again for free. He had the car for 5 hours and said afterwards that he had to order a part in Germany and he will contact us as soon as it is there. After that he ignored our calls and did not call us back. Our car is still broken and we paid 2000 kr for nothing. Obviously he doesn't want to give us our money back and admit that he doesn't know how to repair our car.

The worst company and person that I met in Sweden for 15 years! Be careful! These are his tricks: 1. Asking for the higher price, after taking the car; 2. A lot of excuses to postpone the reparation job; 3. Cheating payment, before finishing the job; 4. Not responding the phone and email... But these are not all. He does not care about ARN, never responding ARN inquiries and final decision. It's really a shame to have this bad experience! As ARN suggested, I will take legal action against this company. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THIS PERSON!
This guy is worst humanbeing and mechanic i have ever come across in my life. He accepted my vehicle to service with in half day on april 4 but finally he returned my vehicle on 9th may. He charged 2000sek. He dint accept card nor he dint give me service bill(kvitto). He just took it like a black money. The next day itself my vehicle stopped working for the same reason for what i paid 2000sek. Till date he dint take any resposibility to repair it. Whenever i call him, He will cut my call or block my number. I visit him 3 times every week of last 7weeks to repair my vehicle. Everytime i meet, He will come up with a new lie, new reason, new promise and break the promise. To sum up in one word, he is a fraud. Big disgrace to sweden. I will strongly not recommend this guy service specially to foreigners.
Man får oftast tid för service ganska omgående. De har stor erfarenhet, gör ett proffsigt jobb och försöker hålla humana priser. När man lämnar in bilen talar man direkt med den som kommer att utföra jobbet. Samma sak när man hämtar bilen. Man blir alltid kontaktad om oförutsedda fel dyker upp under arbetet. Vid service avläses bilens eventuella felkoder. Kunden får följa med in i verkstaden och läsa felkoderna med egna ögon innan man kommer överens om åtgärder. I den här verkstaden är det tydlighet och raka besked som gäller. .
Robert åtgärdade en krånglig och omfattande skada på min bil på ett utmärkt sätt. Jag kände mig rättvist behandlad och väl bemött här trots min brist på kunskap. Kan bara rekommendera denna extremt skickliga, tillmötesgående och prisvärda mekaniker!
Efter besöket saknade jag manualen till bilen och plastkåpan som täcker motorn. Frågade om manualen men den har de ej rört trots att jag själv kollade felkoder i bilen dagen innan. mycket dåligt åk inte dit!
Har bara bra saker att säga om denna bilverkstaden. Det är den bästa bilverkstaden jag har besökt hittills måste jag säga. Dom tar sig tiden att lyssna och verkligen felsöka annat fel på bilen. Dessutom så hjälpte dom mig att rätta till ett fel som en annan bilverkstad har slarvat med. Så fler återbesök med bilen hit kommer det att bli. Tack för ett trevligt bemötande! // Tore
