The shop was fine and the staff there were actually very helpful, but we had to put the order via customer support over email and phone where it proved to be an endless exhausting process with sending emails back and forth with someone who clearly had no clue. She got the measurements wrong 4 times despite having got a detailed plan from us! Also the price per item was completely missing, and surprisingly the total price was going up when the measurements/number of items were reduced! Some items were listed twice or missing while others being added or removed quite randomly from the pre-order list after each \correction\! After a week of wasted time and energy we finally gave up as we totally lost confidence and trust in this company. And I am sort of glad we gave up and cut the loss to our time and frustration before we ordered which would be too late!
