The nurses are really worse. The emergency center said I have to bring my daughter to this place as soon as possible. However they are very slowly. The reception even didn’t listen all my child problems. We have to wait more than 2 hours and my daughter was in serious condition. When I ask for help and they only can said waiting, waiting and waiting. By the way at that time, there are 4 nurses standing in a group and keep talking, laughing in 15 minutes. They are a nurse in big hospital but they don’t have any the human being....

By far the worst medical experience we had with our son in Sweden. You should only visit if there is no other alternative or if you have a very very very serious health problem. Otherwise, city-acute centers may be of some real help to a non life or death situation. We visited due to high, continuous fever of 40-41 for 3 days. They just recommended higher doses of painkillers, and did nothing apart from that. They redirected us to another city-acute. As far as i understood, they accept very few patients with very serious health problems.

So many people complaining because it took a long time to see a doctor because their kid had a cold/nose bleed/ bump on the head... Go see your local doctor people!!! It's hard when it's your kid... You just want the best for them, but clogging up the huge waiting line with minor aliement is helping no one. There is no better hospital in the world for genuinely sick children... Their fast track system for genuinely sick children works... ( I saw obviously accute children rushed in..) and the staff are polite, efficient, and respectful. Nothing but praise from me for this hospital!

Don’t complain about waiting, they have their priority list and of course they are going to treat a child with half torn off face first than a child with magsjuka or fever. Your children are still alive, this is the main thing \u003c3 however, giving two starts because staff in the entire reception AND the department reception were plainly RUDE. We all work long hours, we all have situations at work.

The worst experience, I went there tonight with my 12 month old who hadn't eaten in three days, nor drank very much. He has a fever, and has thrown up perhaps 8 times over the last few days! He seemed dehydrated, I was worried about the stomach flu, or an ear infection, maybe even a urinary tract infection. Well, upon arrival, the hospital is crowded with waiting families, sick kids in the waiting room. The wait is obviously long, although I didn't seem to wait too long. The waiting room of the hospital is so run down and filthy. The nurse called me in. She said she would take my son's temperature, but did not (i forgot too because I was so upset). The nurse looked at my son, touched his chest once and said he looked hydrated and fine!. I asked to check his ears, she said they don't do that. Nor do they check for UTI!. She said I have to see a Dr on Monday. How INSANE is that? She gave my son an ice cream, and we left. What a waste of time going there! Unprofessional, disorganized, SLOW. YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE A DR!

My review is regarding akutavdelningen. It is the worst experiment i have been on. Waiting waiting waiting! Everytime we go there we wait from 5 hours up to 14 . We go there often because my son gets alot of infektions. First time we went there, my son was in terrible conditions. He was 5 month old and screaming of pain and pressing until he gets red in the face. He had not so high fever so they told us to wait. It went about 6 hours and we didnt meet the doctor. When i saw how terrible My baby felt i started to get angry and went to the nurse and asked her to meet the doctor. She said dont worry your son is not in dangerous situation. He is not priority and we have other children who are sick. Ten minutes After i said to her i will blame you if something happen to him The doctor came. After they did many tests, We get to know by consquence in ultraljud (they did it to check the kidneys funktion) that My 5 month son has 5 cm cancer in the Blather. It closed almost the way out and My son couldnt pee. Thats why he was screaming of pain and pressing all the time. BARNAKUTEN IS MY NIGHTMARE!

Bad service. No information about a friend but rude accusations because we asked about our friend. Sad support and help.
