Bad customer service
I've driven from the UK with my UK car which is a 2018 Audi A7. The car urgently needs front and rear brake pads replaced, and so far, I'm being told that the parts need to be ordered from Germany and they can't give me an exact time when the part will arrive or book an appointment with a courtesy car. I called yesterday and the person I spoke to said he booked me in for the 16th of December with a courtesy car. Today, I call to double check (lucky I did) and they tell me the car is not booked in and no one has said that to me. I have to wait till one of them calls me or emails me back. I have to leave the country by the 20th to drive back to the UK, but I can't without my brakes being fixed as they are at minimum. But they don't seem to care or can pick up the phone to confirm with Germany and let me know. I called Audi customer service and even they can't get through to the service department. It's an absolute joke, how hard is it to give customers basic information or communicate with them? No one seems to know what they're doing.
I had to go myself and find a salesperson to get any help. We walk in and no one even said hi or came to ask if we needed help. There where around 10 personal working during the time I was there. And we where were the only customers there \disappointed\. That said i enjoyed the cars.
Just love the cars, service was OK however a little pushing guys towards the sales
great car show, we had a test drive the staff was realy friendly and helpfull. They have good easy financing options.
Service and parts department has always been helpful, but the salesmen are a bit lazy.
