I am truly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and especially of the audiologist, Rami Kuderi. He took what we call as an extra mile every time we went to see him. My mother who was the patient, was extremely impressed by him and is all praise for how he dealt with her. Normally she is very awry of the medical staff, but Rami made her totally at ease and despite the language barrier was able to communicate effectively with her. This also says a lot about audionova as well. Kudos and thanks for providing such good care!
