Would not recommend this place to anyone! Very bad service and attitude towards client. Took ridiculously long time to fix the car, kept changing the date when it will be fixed, ordered wrong part, so it took even longer. Informed to pick up the car before an hour they close workshop. It also looked that the person we dealt with, had an issue that we are not swedish...
They are good and very organized and did a great body repair on my car.
Review for Autoklinik. They take 2 weeks to a damage, even thought that they already have seen the car and could have ordred the parts in advance. When they finally order the parts then they order the wrong ones and you are forced to pay 1 more week car rental. They don't cover their mistakes. I experienced that they changed my plate frame (without asking me!) and replaced it with a frame that says \Autoklinik\ - that's NOT okay!
