Rarely feel like the staff are happy to see you although the cashiers are positive people. Just don't expect much if you need help from the floor wanderers. Several occasions have left me wondering if I'd interrupted their dreams.

Nice quiet place. Very kind community
Lousy service. Sales personnel didn't really seem to want to sell anything. Several of them just standing and talking and not considering the line of customers getting a bit frustrated. This is the worst of the retail chains stores I have been to by far. Will never ever go back here. I will rafher travel a bit to go to another of their stores. In general I think the retail chain is good with good service. Not in Avesta though. Stay clear of this store.

Takes forever to effin fix your PC, customer support answers with nothing but gibberish and lies, and when you complain about late service they tell you that there's no licensed workshop in Sweden so they had to ship your PC to another place, which is effin ridiculous, \digitalized Sweden\ with no workshop. So freaking lame
