bad customer care, unorganized warehouse, if you are a dropshipper, Brandsgateway is not for you. we had placed an order for a customer, two days later BGW sent us an email that this was out of stock and that they did not update their stock. this issue happened twice with us. they will not compensate for their mistakes.
