gave my parcel to someone else with a fake signature. I have wrote message to them to ring our house gate phone (porttelefon) with instruction, but they didn't. What's the point of the message section then if they don't bother to read?? Now I lost my parcel which contains my important recept medicine.
Ordered a new phone that I needed before July 31st as I will be leaving for holiday. It was supposed to arrive on the 27th, but I had to reschedule the delivery to Monday the 30th as I ended up working the whole night. At 18;15 that day, I receive a text message that they are missing my package from their terminal, and they ask me to reschedule a new delivery. Can't pick it up the day after as I will be working all day, and now I have no time to get my new phone before I leave. Perhaps this doesn't occur to everyone, but all i can say is avoid this delivery company if you can. Update: despite having canceled the order and having talked to both NetonNet and Best transport, Best transport finally decides to deliver the phone on the 9th, 11 days late.
This is the worst delivery company I've ever used. The courier had a really bad temper, and the delivery was delayed and delayed without telling the reason.
Its called besttransport but this is the worse shipping company. I ordered a pair of shoes from h&m in the 26/4/2018 and it was supposed to be sent next day. I received a message from the shipping company in the 4/5/2018 that i was going to receive the otem on that day but no one showed up. I called them on the 9/may and they said to send a detailed email about the issue which i did then they said that they had trouble with the vehicle the package was in. They offered to different options for to when they can drop it off ( one of the two options is the 9th of may which is the same day). When i replied and picked the 9th of may they didn't answer. I wrote again demanding confirmation and got no answer. Terrible customer service and would definitely never ever order anything that would be shipped with them!! Get your act together !
3 gånger har de varit utanför vår lägh utan att lyckats leverera paketet. De varken ringde oss eller på dörrer (de har fått vår portkod). Vi har varit hemma samtliga gånger. Tror inte chaufförerna är så kompetenta.
De ombokade min leverans 2 ggr för de påstod att de inte kunde hitta vart jag bodde... Konstigt, eftersom alla andra budfirmor alltid hittar! Riktigt vidrigt bemötande i kundtjänst också. Fick tillslut slänga på luren i örat på honom. Kommer aldrig välja detta företag igen!
Det skulle ta en dag. Det tog 5 dagar för leveransen. Betalade 99kr för att få en expressleverans. Aldrig varit med om en sämre \tjänst\. Bring alla dagar i veckan, året, livet framför Best (ironisk namn tydligen).
