I was there to change windshield and wipers. I’ve got the car with a lot of dirty, gummy pieces on my white wine leather seats and dashboard. At the payment office, the network or payment system didn’t work so they sent me the bill with the charge for posting. Bad service for one BMW. P.S. One star for the girls on reception (don’t know so much about a cars but they are quite). Otherwise, if I compare with other countries, many Bilia’s workshops shouldn’t have a BMW authorities.

I visited the workshop to change from winter tires to summer tires on 7th May. I booked a time at 14:00, and I arrived at 13:55. I was told it will take maximum one hour to get the work done. However, I came back after 1 hours, I was told it needs 15-20mins more. OK, then I wait and got the car. Then, immediate warning message, not the right tire pressure, marker on the side door, and NO PROPERLY LOCKED left back tire!
Always nice and gentle service, and reasonable prices.
Only focus is sell, not service minded and they duck when you have a problem
Overpriced and no interest in customer care, no initiative, no radon to go here.
They cell nice cars here. The staff is service minded and try to keep high quality.
