Top notch coffee and food. They certanly know their way around with the Probat roaster and produce excellent beans! The food is of high quality and solid portions. Like this exquisite and luxurious omelette foie gras. 4.5 out of 5 stars due to very high prices.

It could only be fair to leave a comment, a comment that hopefully will explain the mediocre rating. (My recommendation is that, the contiuation of this review is being read in the voice of sir David Attenborough) The first impression of the Brooklyn inspired coffee-workshop, was set and done by two women in their forties, chasing their firstborn toddlers on the large micro-cement floor, all while pushing their strollers around, making baby-friendly noises. A welcoming that took the edge of this fine facility and brought ones imagination, as far away from the industrial settings of a hipster-friendly New York neighborhood. Well at the register, I was greeted by a very friendly young fellow, who was visually fitting the above settings. Although friendly, the young lad was not at all acquainted with the assortment of teas that his working place had on offer. Instead he had to interrupt the small group of hipstery coffee craftsmen, which at the time were hanging about, discussing how a coffee bean should look. With a nonchalant gesture of hand, the top-brewer answer; "Aah, we don't have green teas". So, a small plastic bottle of orange juice and an average tasting, although peculiarly pointed, "kokostopp" had to do for me. All coming together at the price of about 9 . Minor changes could well make this establishment into one of the finest, modern coffeehouses, that Stockholm has been waiting for, ever since the first precious bean reached the city gates.
