Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would not recommend purchasing a car or getting a car serviced at British Motor Group in Danderyd. The service is terrible and I had to take my car in multiple times to get fixed, every time being charged a fortune. In addition you can forget about a courtesy car unless you have a Swedish drivers license. I would strongly not recommend.

After brought an Evoque last year, I came back twice, first time for the service and second time for fixing door scratches and changing windshield. The first time, they lost a windshield removal tool in the gap between the windshield and the hood. And second time, this month, there was water leaking through the rear view mirror after they changed the windshield a week ago. I was so disappointed to have more expensive services there and I almost regret buying my car from them. I would give 0 point if it is possible.
