Feels like a very dude-y place, only guys around and the service level and customer experience was poor, coming in w 2 kids. We were unfortunate to get an instructor who did not speak Swedish, and when we complained about it, he was very arrogant.We also asked if it was possible to have the same kind of info as the group before, and he said he did not need to do things the same way as he colleagues, that a video was sufficient. His Swedish colleague gave 2 info-rounds and a nice after-talk which seemed like a more wholesome experience compared to the poor and aloof one we got. My impression was that some of the guys were there more to show off their skills, than actually being there for the paying customers. On the note of Covid-19 security, too many people were too close by to each others. There were no 2 metres between people and staff did not wear masks.
Amazing experience, very well organized. The instructions are clear, instructors are professional and fun.
The instructor (Markus) was nothing short of amazing through and through. We had so much fun and even my youngest son (7years) was able to fly. Markus gave clear instructions and was super friendly. This is not just his job, this is his true passion that he shared with us for us to enjoy. We all want to go again!
It was greate fun to be there n was my first time
We went there to celebrate my sister and fathers birthday. They said they had a little issue with the camera in the wind-tunnel and that they will fix the photos for us. And after we contacted them they didnt answer for a month, contacted them again and now they quickly said that the images were gone forever. My father turned 70 and sister 30. Thanks for the memories... not.
Fun but a bit pricey.
Hercules was a very good instructor - both professional and humorous. The experience was fun. They have taken many measures to make it safe for people during COVID-19. Thumbs up!
