I saw the reviews here before contacting them but decided to give it a go anyways. HUGE MISTAKE. Residents of other EU countries who hold the EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), stay well clear of this GP practice. Although the EHIC grants access to healthcare services in all EU countries, the receptionists in this practice aren't informed or just don't care and will refuse you care you're entitled to. You're better off seeking help from a different clinic or as the receptionist told me \You should go back to your country and look for help there\. HORRIBLE!

The center in Malmo City doesn’t work within working hours. It is not easy to reach them by phone. Arrogant and not caring.

If you have time to spend this is the place. People are slow, really slow.... Have to wait at least 2 hours both times that visited . Gives you a different perspective of emergency.

Really bad experience with this people and with the Swedish health system in general (for foreigners) I came here with a visitor permit and I’m trying to book an appointment because I’m having stomach issues. Most of the places I call refuses me because I am not resident. This place told me the first consultation cost me kr1500 (quite expensive) and when I’m trying to book they always come with excuses. You are not in the system. We don’t have appointments now. We cannot take you. Etc etc etc. It is a nightmare.
