Last year I was in here because i had difficulty breathing. Doctor ( the old lady everybody talked about in the comments) is a very rude person. I told her that i cannot breath and her answer was go home and wait 14 days. I knew that it was not going to be good but i went home anyways. Same night i was rushed in the emergency room because i was nearlly dying in my sleep. Woke up with no air in my lungs. It turns out i was having an asthma attack and after waiting 13 hours in ER a doctor gave me medication and i was fine. This people working here simply DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.

Incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Difficult to get an appointment. Very very long waiting times at their drop in. The doctors are pretty nice, though, if you’re lucky enough to get to see one.

I called this place for three days just to try to get a midwife to help, even left several messages as they requested, never got an reply nothing. Paid so much tax all these years and can't even get a help when I need help once in my life. Such a shame. Minus star here from. No service, they just don't care.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. The worst service I've ever experienced. I don't want to imagine if I was very sick how this would have ended: me being dead probably.

Horrible clinic. I have been treated awfully and unfairly by the doctor I saw. She was horrible to me, a depression patient. Yelled at me on the phone when I told her I had concerns about my prescription. She even classified my prescription in a way that made the pharmacists charge me full price even though I am way beyond the limit for reduced costs!! This person is completely unethical and a danger to our society, she is unfit to be a doctor.

The lack of duty of care to ones patient that Capio Citykliniken offers in Västra Hamnen is non-existent. I recently had a miscarriage, this being my 12th miscarriage and rang ca 2 weeks ago wanting to see if a doctor could refer me to a counsellor for some more long term counselling. I was told the first available appointment would be in 8 weeks. I tried to explain that I have used my “Kurator” sessions at the Kvinnokliniken (as they can only see you for a short period of time), and pleaded if I could get an earlier appointment as I need help coping. I was again advised sorry this is the first appointment available to have an assessment done. So then I asked if I could see a doctor to get a medical certificate as I am not capable of returning to work at present. Again I was told, there are no doctor appointments available until mid April, and was advised to ring back to tomorrow and see if I can get an emergency appointment to see the doctor. But told there is no guarantee that I will get an appointment. The process in place at this vårdcentralen and how it meets its patients is ridiculous and unacceptable. And to the Mattias Jönsson (Verksamhetschef) who has not replied to my email about my concerns nearly 2 weeks ago. I now understand why your organization works so poorly as it is does. You lead by example and not returning a patient’s emails concerns, no wonder your staff act the same way.
