At first appearing as a simple building, however, it is far from it, with small details that are visible once you get as close as possible to the main building of the Uppsala University Library.

Is it true that in this library there are a lot of old Polish books that Sweden does not want to return to Poland? They were stolen after Sweden attacked and grabbed from Poland. I know that it was long ago, but the loses are terrible. The books should be back in Polish libraries.

A good place to study and work in peace. The atmosphere is nice too. The staff, however and amazingly, are the worst ones making a lot of noise - especially when talking to each other and slamming doors. They are too loud.

Very nice library with long opening hours. There are lots of space, different reading rooms, and even an exhibition with various things to see. The library is currently renovating their entrance, but hopefully it will be done soon. I highly suggest taking the elevator to the reading rooms higher up in the building.

It's recently renovated, I like the new arrangement, more study space, more lockers, clean look, I miss to spend time to study here

Like all librarians in Sweden the staff here are extremely helpful. The place is quite big and finding your book can sometimes be a bit complicated. But it's a nice (and very historical!) library.
