Staff has lost their friendly attitude. I've went through the visa process 10 times for the last 8 years, but it's getting more and more difficult, and nowadays it seems that the most important task for the employees is to stop people from coming to China. My colleague was refused twice although having everything in order. I've never been able to get a 12 month multiple entry visa as they are always stating new rules.

This place isn’t too bad but you need to come prepared and be sure you’ve filled out your application properly. Some advice: - Make sure your photo is clear and sharp. There’s a photo machine at the center where you’ll take a new photo otherwise. - Swedish names usually don’t have “middle names” only first names. You’ll receive an email after you’ve made your application online. This email will contain common mistakes. Read it through carefully. I had made a few mistakes and had to send another application. Upon arrival you first wait in line for registration and a first document check. If everything is okay you get the queue ticket and sit down to wait for the processing. If your documents are in order, the whole process is pretty fast, subject to how crowded it is. I waited 30 minutes at the first Queue, and then maybe 20 minutes for processing

Ok so it's notoriously hard to get a visa application thru. Let it be known that the website instructions are not complete. For example all applicants over 13 need to go there in person for fingerprint scanning. See also the image regarding how to type out names and addresses with Swedish letters.

I’m disgusted with how service minded they are. They strive for a digital solution for the applications, but yet they are printing a lot of papers. Very complicated system, why? because China. I’m happy I didn’t donate money to this trash can. And the best part is that I’m relieved for not leaving my fingerprints.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a photo booth in case you forgot to bring a passport photo.

The worst side of bureaucracy, ever. Nothing on the website was working, the whole website thing doesn’t even make sense.whoever designed this needs to get fired
