Thank you so much for the big heart and fast response. You are truly an amazing clinic ️. I went to them earlier this morning with an injured bird that I found in my way to work. I was so scared that they will say no since they are a private clinic. They were so fast and good in responding. They took it with a big heart and no questions asked.

I took my cat here for a check-up and everyone was so kind! You can tell that they love animals and want to help! I will definitely be coming back for future appointments :)
Worse veterinarian in my 35 years as a dog and cat owner. They are quick to order euthanasia even when one believes their dog is enjoying life. Avoid at all costs. Even Evidensia is better.
Seriously the best veterinarians in Malmo. My dog had an severe ear problem last month and thanks to Cityveterinären he is doing super again. The veterinarians were incredible and explained the problem and treatment very thoroughly and I really felt like Max was in good hands. It's obvious that the staff are experienced. Awesome!
Very bad service ! I really need a good vet. They just upsell and never care about treating your pet. I don't know where else to go
I cannot explain how satisfied and happy I am with cityveterinaren, they are absolutely amazing ! The whole staff is so nice, patient, professional and helpful. I came to get my rabbit neutered, they gave me a lot of explanations about how the operation will go, what to do after, the lady on the phone took really a long time to reassure me. A few days after the operation, her stitches came off because she was biting too much on it, they took me in between appointments the same day, it went really fast, and again they explained to me so well what to do ! They have also been very helpful over the phone for some questions I had, I must say that I am SO impressed by this place ! They also make the effort to speak in english to me as my swedish is very bad, they wrote down all the instructions on what to do in english, amazing ! I will definitely make it my rabbits s clinic, I recommend anyone to go to them, they really are the best, thank you for everything, I feel safe to come to you and leave my rabbits in your care !
Blir förvånad över negativa kommentarer då jag bara kan ge bästa betyg! Från det att jag skickade ett mail med en förfrågan om min kanin till att vi gick därifrån efter besöket dagen efter har personalen varit jättebra och omhändertagande! Både Sotis och jag är väldigt nöjda. Det är inte så ofta jag skriver recensioner, men jag ville inte gå tillbaka till veterinären i Lomma för efter det besöket var jag inte jättenöjd, vare sig med min kanin eller min undulat.
FRUKTANSVÄRT! Min hanhund dog av narkosen när han skulle kastreras, fick ingen förklaring till vad som gått fel. Oerhört osympatisk personal som bara verkade bry sig om att jag skulle betala fullpris trots att jag fick en livlös hund med mig hem. Rekommenderar ingen att någonsin gå hit!
