The worst money spent during my pregnancy. Our appointment was at 14:00 and we started the visit at 14:20 so I understand they were having a delay but the whole visit felt like the technician was in a rush, changing the images and talking so fast that it was difficult to follow her. Moreover she changed the view to 3d for like 3 seconds maximum, so we actually didn't get to see anything in 3d. We had bad luck and the baby was not allowing to see much but still, changing the system to 3d for only 3 seconds felt like nothing. We booked the ultrasound in this clinic because of the possibility of seeing the baby in 3d but it was just a 2d examination. Furthermore we communicated at the beginning of the visit that we wanted to buy pictures and videos but she did not even take a single good picture. We got two 2d pictures where one cannot see anything, literally. Not even my midwife understood anything on the pictures and she even told me that this was very unprofessional. For me, it felt like they just wanted to take our money and kick us out. I really think it was unnecessary to pay that much money for a normal checkup. Specially because we paid 1200kr for being treated like they wanted us out as soon as possible.

Beautiful experience! Monique was wonderful, super sweet and patient - our baby was hiding in an awkward position and would not turn around, but Monique was awesome and managed to send us home with really good pictures. Excellent clinic and professionalism, highly recommended!
Had a time booked and confirmed at 14.40, excited to see our second baby. Upon arriving we were then informed that our appointment had been moved to 14.30 and so we had missed it. This was not communicated to us at all, at the very least we would have expected a phone call (all of our details were left when booking) to let us know that our time had changed. The receptionists attitude was extremely nonchalant and showed no sympathy for the situation. She was smirking and told us that even if that is the time that we thought, we were 5 minutes late. As we would have been paying for our 20 minutes of time we expected much higher levels of customer service. They did try to offer us another time later but we were so upset by the attitude shown towards us that we didn’t want this special moment of seeing our second child for the first time together to be ruined with the bad atmosphere. Very disappointing.
Very kind, very sweet, and very patient was Sonographer Monique with grumpy twin pregnant me! Excellent! Super efficient! Highly recommend
Monique was fantastic! Empathic and kind. Our little baby boy was stubborn and refused to remove his feet from his face(yes a very odd positions haha). But she did her best to get use some good pictures and check on the baby. I strongly recommend Crocus and Monique!
