The level of insolence and arrogance experienced at this car dealership is on a level I have not yet encountered anywhere, including the Nordics. The unprofessional sales approach to a potential new client is just mind blowing. Especially since you clearly state you are thinking of changing brands and especially from a so-called “Sales Lead Manager”. In today’s day and age where there is an abundance of competition one simply does not understand the business model like this. How anyone can run a profitable business this way is beyond me. It’s occasions like these that drive car buyers to competition. Pitty but that’s the effect. Ford clean up your act and think about whom you give the license to sell your cars. Stay away from this dealership.
