During the summer and especially on weekends it's a good idea to book a canoe before you arrive. The place is fairly far away from the parking lot so it is a bit of a walk. But the area is lovely to walk through although there are a lot of steep hills to this particular place. The staff are always nice and there is never a queue. Going out with a canoe on this lake is a wonderful experience. The sights are lovely. And it is a great activity if you want to do an outdoor activity and be in nature while also getting some moderate exercise.

Awesome place to go and chill specially during summer along with having some fun with Kayaking. Great place for swimming as well specially when all the ocean sides are too crowdy. Kayaks are made for 2 adults and 1 kid if needed
Fun experience even though it was raining the whole time while we were paddling.
