I requested treatment in English as my Swedish doesn’t stretch far enough to feel comfortable talking about dental treatment. I have had numerous bad experiences in my home country especially regarding communication and consent in my dental care. For this reason, I indicated my nervousness in the pre-appointment questionnaire. Sebastian and the dental nurse were both immediately welcoming and calming. Every step was explained clearly and they took time to listen to my concerns as well as informing me about what the potential next steps could be. We looked at my X-rays and discussed necessary as well as preventative treatments and financial costs. Booking an appointment online was extremely easy and surprisingly quick. I was impressed with the information and communication prior to my appointment. The dental centre was also a very clean and calm environment following COVID-19 guidelines.

Michael is the best dentist!! I have been so scared of the dentist and I had 3 holes and Martin made me comfortable so I Was not scared so didnt even take anesthesia and Michael was so good and did barely feel anything! I highly recommend him. Thank you so so much!

I was booked for 25 minutes to repair a partially broken front tooth. In summary, I felt that this was too little time for any attention to detail or the needs of the customer. After the filling and initial grind I explained that there was a rough and intrusive edge that felt unnatural. They acknowledged the problem (or so I thought) and started grinding it down some more. After the first pass, the issue was still present, so we tried again. With each iteration the depth of the tooth was diminishing with no resolution to the issue I was describing. This felt extremely frustrating. Only after I came around for a second visit due to small cuts on my tongue did they finally smooth out the edges. But by then, the tooth was too fragile for me to feel satisfied with the end result. Weeks after I can still feel a tingling sensation and the texture in the front seems different. Will most likely have to visit my dentist and go through this whole ordeal again (and pay for it twice). If money is not an issue and you suspect your situation requires time to get things right this is not the place to go. Don't let temporary aching or aesthetics of a missing tooth pressure you into making a rash decision you might regret. Do your research about the the different methodologies and their pros and cons. Bide your time to find the best solution for your needs.
