I came to Bertils Bil because I had problems with my car, a hybrid Toyota Auris. Had had my license plates stolen, and was arguing with the Norwegian road-authorities about postponing a scheduled EU-check, which was difficult to do because of Corona. I wanted to have a service on my car, but I must say... the level of service in this place is horrible. Jim, who works the counter is very nice, as well as a woman I have met once. But the sales- and administration... Now, that is another issue. One older \gentleman\ found it amusing that my plates had been stolen. Laughed at my face. My attempts to get a test-drive of one of the newer chargeable hybrid Corrolas, futile. The sales people work part time. One time I came there, there was only a mechanic working the counter. He gave a solid impression. I think that this store is a blemish on the awesome brand of Toyota. And I must say I find it strange. I one time came in, explaining that I was helping set up the Scandinavian leg of a Worship-tour. Was there anything Toyota could do for us? We need transportation in many countries. \Check the website\ was the reply. I think this store needs a re-education. In LEAN. And, most important, service. Or I could give them a crash course.

Rent or buy cars here. Expensive though

Trots att det var en strulig bil jag köpte och att vi aldrig fick ordning på den så var bemötandet klanderfritt och förtroendeingivande. För de som är oroliga över sitt bilköp så är det här en handlare som kan rekommenderas. Toppenbra med en finfin attityd och hjälpsamma hela vägen.
