Worst Customer service! We went to get some help with a product at the customer service booth, there were someone who were getting help before us. It took extreme longer than expected we waited over 45 minutes and they were still asking more questions. It got to a point where it was too long wait so I went ahead and asked if we shouldn’t be waiting because it was taking too long. The employee replied in a super rude voice “ I don’t know how long it’s gonna take , why didn’t you go find someone else if you saw that it was taking long”. Now to clarify, we went to that specific booth because it said phone service and we needed service with phone. We could’ve just gone to some other booth but may be they didn’t know about phones, I don’t know how that works. But how is it fair that we just get shouted like that?? We then left the store and went to a different one because No we don’t wanna pay to be treated like that.
