Nice and caring staff \u200d Picture is from the parking lot since we had to wait in the car because of Lilo's temper around other dogs. The pet-nurses came out and visited us in the car and did initial checkup, after we were ushered in the \alleyway\, getting help to avoid other dogs (and their owners) Very helpful!

Avoid!!! If you have the option of going somewhere else please make yourself a favour and do so. We had the most horrible and expensive experience with vets ever. First they completely messed up a C-section on our female dog and she almost died because of this. According to other vets this should not be a very complicated procedure. She had to stay at the hospital for two days to recover while we had the puppies at home. Then of course we had to pay for surgery and for recovery days even though this was due to the mistake they made. We ended up paying close to 60000 sek for a C-section. This price is ridiculous by any measure, it is double the price for the same procedure in Switzerland or triple the price compared to Monte Carlo, these are countries with far better income than Sweden. Since there is no regulation yet they felt free to rob us. As if this was not enough, they made a mess with the billing procedure, I had to go there 5 times to explain what I paid for and what was remaining to be paid. They promised initially that they will cover the recovery sessions since it was their fault but they retracted and then blamed it on miscommunication, hinting on Swedish being my third language I think. I honestly felt robbed and discriminated at the same time. To conclude, please avoid this place as you avoid a lot of stress and making a huge dent in your budget.
The vets were really nice, professional and empathetic. But until the vet bill becomes reasonable, I can't give 5 stars.

The staff are good but facilities are old. They do their best but prices are slightly higher.
Made an appointment for having an Xray done, turned out the attending vet was too inexperienced to carry out the investigating. Started to detract and wanted to do an allergy investigation... Evidensia needs to change policy to actually treating patients for what they are there for, not selling irrelevant and unnesserary \investigation
