Get the Paveras cheese!!! This cavern of cheesy delights is a real assault on the senses! Delectable treats festoon every surface and its hard to not spend a stupid amount of money on food every trip. However here are a few pro tips, you can ask to sample most things, but don't bother and just go straight for the local Paveras Mejeri cheeses as they are the best. if you are a bit basic then Gasene Mejeri maybe for you as they are so good and subtle in flavour profile. final if they ever have fresh cheese with tranbar get it and eat it immediately its that good!

A very large and tasty cheese buffet, which also is reasonably priced. For those that don't like cheese there are other alternatives. The shop in the same building provides a wide range of cheese variant as well as other (often locally produced) food stuff. During lunch hours both the restaurant and the shop can get quite crowded. Well worth a visit and I will definitively go there again!
