Indeependance

Worst service ever, I'm sorry but I have to say it. Two shipments, two failures. The door to the hallway with mail boxes is always open, in my building, but you don't deliver. Everyone else receives mail and packages, here at this same address, but me. I see on the web tracking service that you attempted the delivery and I'm not home, but I am home and there is no message. Think twice.
