I was disappointed w service.Tgere was a long line and understood that the cashier was stressed. Although she was ok w me I did not like how she treated the elderly lady that was in front of me. She was rude to her, impatient to the point of huffing, puffing and shaking her head. She was getting upset cause she was not movie fast enough... I understood the lady as there was no place to put her tray while she got the extra needed for her cake and tea. This was s few weeks back... I am not so sure I will go back... if I ever had a down day and was treated that way.... I would feel like horrible... a customer is a customer. As a clerk it's your job to smile, be kind and see e even if the person annoyed you or is too slow... be kind for one day you shall be old as well.....

Besviken på besöket. Köpte en cheesecake som smakade och luktade härsket. Dåligt bemötande från personalen som misstrodde mig och påstod sig inte känna lukten. Erbjöd heller ingen kompensation eller ens en ursäkt. Går aldrig dit igen och rekommenderar ingen att göra det heller.
-Sugen på något gott när du är mitt i Göteborg stad? Gör som jag titta in på Festival Café & Konditori och kalasa på en Räkmacka vet jag. Gott om räkor, ont om majonnäs och lite hårdkokat ägg. Precis som en god räkmacka skall vara. -Som dessutom serverades av glad och trevlig personal. Allt det till det överkomliga priset av 99 SEK med en kopp kaffe gör att jag gärna sätter ett fyrstjärnigt betyg. JAG KOMMER TILLBAKA!
