I got my iPhone screen repaired end of june. The service was fast and I was quite happy with it at first. But now, just after the warranty time expired, the touch function randomly stopped working and I cannot unlock or use my phone anymore. Since it hasn't been dropped since the repair, I think that the contact of the display was not done properly. That's not what I expect from paying for original quality.

The work was well done, but it is took forever's before the battery came to your store. And you would contact me when the battery arrived at your store via text message, but they were never done. So I went to your store my myself and asked if the battery had come to you. Better communication with the customer must be better. otherwise I'm happy. Greetings from Robert.

Screens are fake and not worth the prize. I fixed my screen 2 weeks ago and it is already broken again... Go to Apple Store, cheaper and you get the real deal.

Got an express-service, with an extra just before the travel in urgency. The screen had 2-3 dead pixels right after the repair, which I could live with. The following week; the screen started to come off from the right side. The durability of the replacement screen is also nowhere near the original, even if the price is. I bought the protective layer from the same place (which seems overpriced), but had a huge crack from the left side in the second week after the replacement on the first drop, which never happened previously on the original screen. Sorry to say, stay away if you can :(

Do not take your phone to this place! They charged a lot to fix the broken screen of my phone and then broke/misplaced the camera, and they refused to fix the camera. Only 3 months guarantee. So after that they don't care about your phone even if it's their wrong doing, they just want more money. On top of that the guy in Arkaden was very rude! Take your phone directly to Apple where you may pay a bit more but at least you're in good hands and you're getting your money's worth. Good luck!
