Flattered was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in the spring of 2013 by four co-founders, Gustav Lidén, Pingis Hadenius, Hanna Kwiatkowska Thisner and Isabella Löwengrip, with the aspiration to create the perfect indoor slipper. The signature almond-shaped toe on the indoor ballet flat with soft leather sole, soon became known as Flattered’s trademark. With clean and classic silhouettes, this marked the beginning of Flattered’s journey to a full range shoe brand.
