They do not care about anything. The hood is broken and can not be turned off, runs for 14 days, day and night, with the fire extinguisher was played and emptied, check date exceeded, toilet lid broken, cleaning only floors and beds and large areas, microwave, the rest dirty. Crockery and cutlery disappear in the rooms, the rest is always dirty because the dishwasher is not used. Small flat plates are no longer there since a year, as you can read in the reviews, long time missing. Residents are workers from Eastern Europe who live in the house like the pigs. No one explains the rules to them, no one is there when they arrive, no one cares. Everything is left to itself. Traumatic. Especially for 10460 kroner a month !!!

Worst service, cleaners come in, clean apartment and don’t change bed sheets, One visit was over 14 days. House is nice, new facilities, but stupid sights everywhere telling you what you can and can’t do. Moved around in the same house 2 times in 3 weeks from a nice room to smallest room in the house. Very small. Single bed.... I’m a big man double would be nice. On last visit designer clothes went missing from my room and no effort to rectify or reimburse. Can’t open windows, blinds put in wrong place. No sauna, no bathtub It’s like a prison with nice furniture. Bathroom facilities are good. Kitchen facilities are ok, need flat plates and half the knives are missing because people are stealing them. Telephone connection stupid answering service, Facebook, bad message replies. Is it because I’m English?
Nice, new house, thats it. Incredible conditions, everybody can do what he wants, there is no instruction, no janitor, no one who looks to the right. Every 14 days the sheets are changed and the trash will be emptied. More does not happen, no cleaning, no paper towels. Poles and Lithuanians who are too stupid to park theyr cars behind the house, nobody use the fume hood in the kitchen, it stinks in the hole house and the smell pulls in all rooms, in the refrigerator everything from onions over ham and cheese everything is stored open, unhygienic, the kitchen is dirty and no one notices that everybody has to clean self behind itself, the dishwasher is not turned on, only filled, so there is hardly any crockery and cutlery in the closet. There are still missing flat plates. The door is kept open with the fire extinguisher, which does not hang on the wall but stands on the floor. The maindoor is missing the closeron the door is often open, an unbelievable security risk. Forenom does not respond to mails, there is no other chance, take off or report to the authority. No recommendation 0 stars !!!!
