Can you imagine one can not connect through phone to them for placing an order? What would we expect after sales service where before sales experience so horrible? Who has the time to stick behind them to get connected?
Worst e-tail company Ive ever experienced. Delivery times of 8 weeks, customer service unavailable and approx. 30 mins waiting time (considering the poor service and failure to deliver unfortunately something I had to suffer thru to many times). Stil havent received the goods ordered.. Stay away, a complete joke and will never use again!
Impossible to contact them, they deliver when they want, impossible contact them to agree upon delivery. they deliver later than announced! The worse company I have been dealing so far!
We got a furniture in bad condition. Wrote to support 33 days ago. Got automatic answer that our request was registered and since then nothing more. Terrible service in case you need to return items you purchased!
Bedrövlig service. Beställde en lampa 3 Januari. Fick först fel vara levererad, nu snart 2,5 månader senare har fortfarande inte rätt vara skickats och dom har ingen aning om när jag kan få varan känns det som..
Otroligt dåligt. Jag fick aldrig mina varor och när jag hörde av mig gav de felaktiga besked om leverans. Efter två månader fick jag (efter att själv ha mailat och ringt kundtjänst flera gånger) reda på att varorna inte fanns. Det tog ytterligare tre veckor (då jag tvingades kontakta kundtjänst flera gånger) för att ens få pengarna tillbaka. Aldrig varit med om någonting liknande. Köp absolut inte här om det finns andra alternativ.
