i love working out with Andréa. She’s so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient (I can be a bit cranky when she asks me to do something that’s difficult to do). She has a gentle touch, even when working online, in the way she gently talks me into the correct position. In addition to her amazing knowledge and wonderful way of guiding me through the workout, she is a lovely and gracious person. I look forward to the time we spend together helping me address particular areas of pain, tightness, and stiffness. I always feel better after the workout, and after 2 months am feeling much less pain and tightness in my back and legs. Can’t wait for my next session!!!!!

Andréa is the most fantastic Pilates instructor I've worked with. We've worked together in group, individual and settings dealing with ergonomics and I can only very highly recommend her work!
