The app is easy to use and it's pleasant to navigate through it. Easy to find the bikes & unlock it. Reasonable prices for 24 h of use. Really good bike, lighter & better than the city ones. One issue though when we had to give it back: they do not explain really well where are the drop off points and why it is sometimes not possible to return the bike to a particular spot. Could not talk to a real person when looking for customer support. We ended up figuring it out and I would definitely use the service again.
