Excellent way to get a first view on Malmö. It is extremely simple. We where a little afraid because we had no experiences with motorboats at all, but it is soo simple and you get good instructions by the very friendly service personal. We got hints about the tour we should do and about actual specialties of the canals. Getting in and out the boat is a little sporty but you are supported by the personal. So we where absolute beginners and had a great trip. The motor is electric so it is very silent. You drive slowly and relaxed on the water. It is such a good impression. If you want you can leave the boat for a picnic near the water. I would recommend at least 2 hours. Most time you are surrounded by green parks and have a great view. It is not the cheapest way to see the city.

Booked a week in advance. Less than two days before booked date they call and cancel because the boat is broken, they won’t fix it and there is no replacement. They have several boats but no spare parts? No wonder people prefer bookaboat, which I actually saw repairing a boat earlier today.
Härlig upplevelse. Trevlig kille som hyrde ut båtarna och visade på bra turer.
Saknar säkerhetsutrustning och båten tappade laddning så man drev runt i kanalen utan hjälp. Finns ingen som kan svara på frågor eller har någon sjövana.

Goboat var en rolig och mysig aktivitet att göra i goda vänners sällskap. Vi hyrde en båt under en timme och han med att köra runt den stora rundan med ingen marginal alls. Det finns inte så många kanaler att köra i Malmö så en timme var precis tillräckligt. Ingen fartfylld aktivitet, båtarna framförs sakta på högsta fart och säkert (beroende på vem som är kapten och styr båten). Båten bokas enkelt via hemsidan eller över disken vid kanalen där båtarna står. Köp med lite fika och dricka att ta med på båten innan ni beger er ut. En timme kostade runt 400kr.
Kul att se malmö med en annorlunda vinkel, rekommenderas.
